Aleena is a leader and advocate in Indigenous health, with more than 20 years of experience working in partnership with Indigenous nations, communities and organizations in the US, the Pacific Islands, and more recently in Aotearoa.  She is also the CEO of a U.S. based non-profit organization, Red Star International, Inc.
