Wenjie Wu

Wenjie Wu achieved his Masters degree in Marine Science at the University of Auckland researching the role of physical structure in the attachment of juvenile green-lipped mussels (Perna canaliculus). 

He made artificial seaweed structures to examine how larval and juvenile mussels attached to these structures. His Bachelor in Science (Biological Science - Marine Biology Direction) degree was obtained from one of the top marine universities in China, Ocean University of China . During his undergraduate he was also involved studies of the endocrine regulation of zebrafish (Danio rerio) and genetic modification of Escherichia coli.
